Every purchase helps our chapter and events, so we appreciate your order. Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All items sold on tketampa.shop are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or item

• Change of mind after purchase

• Shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors

Please double-check your size, color, and design selections before checking out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at jcoan20@gmail.com
Include:

• Your full name and order number

• Clear photos of the item(s)

• A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom or Limited-Run Items

Because most of our products are custom printed or embroidered on demand, they cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they’ve been placed, as they immediately enter production
